I am loving how fullscreen apps in Lion are essentially their own Desktop in Mission Control. I expected Mail to work this way but was surprised by iTerm2 working as well. Now if Chrome could do it (they have fullscreen but I am assuming they are using a method that MIssion Control’s API is not aware of) I would be a happy camper.
